Our book of the week is Bewilderment by Richard Powers, the follow up to his Pulitzer-Prize winning novel The Overstory and also shortlisted for the Booker Prize. This is a story about a father and son which touches on mass extinction and science fiction. It's an instant New York Times best-seller, an Oprah's Book Club Selection and long-listed for the 2021 National Book Award and 2022 Andrew Carnegie Medal for Excellence in Fiction.
